The Schedrift app icon

Schedrift keeps your schedule accurate, whatever actually happens

You’ve got a perfect plan for your class, your rehearsal, or your day. Then one thing runs long, or you finish early, and now you’re doing schedule math in your head in the middle of everything else. Schedrift times each piece of your plan and shifts everything after it automatically, based on how long things actually take.

For iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Requires iOS 18 or later. Reading a plan from pasted text needs iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence.

What that looks like

A rehearsal planned to start at 7:00. Warm-ups run twenty-five minutes instead of fifteen.

As planned
StartActivityLength
7:00Warm-ups flexible15 min
7:15Fight call set length10 min
7:25Act 1, scenes 1–4 flexible40 min
8:05Break fixed start10 min
After warm-ups run ten minutes long
StartActivityLength
7:00Warm-ups25 min
7:25Fight call10 min
7:35Act 1, scenes 1–430 min
8:05Break10 min

The fight call kept its ten minutes and moved. Act 1 is flexible, so it gave up the ten minutes instead. The break was set to start at 8:05, so it still starts at 8:05. You did not do any of that arithmetic.

What it does

Free for two plans, then one purchase

Schedrift is free, with a limit of two saved plans. Schedrift Pro removes the limit for a one-time payment. There is no subscription, and templates, folders, sessions, alerts, and the Watch app are not limited either way.

Where it came from

Schedrift started in rehearsal rooms, where the plan changes constantly and someone always ends up recalculating the afternoon by hand. The same problem turns up in classes, workshops, practice sessions, and any day you have planned out in advance. Now directors, teachers, musicians, coaches, and anyone else with things to do can focus on what’s next, not what time it is.
