Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

Schedrift is made by Ledger Line Company LLC. This policy covers the Schedrift app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. The short version: your plans stay with you, and we collect nothing.

What we do not do

  • Schedrift has no account system and no sign-in.
  • Schedrift collects no analytics, usage data, or crash reports through any third-party service, and includes no third-party software development kits.
  • Schedrift does not track you across apps or websites, and shows no advertising.
  • We never see your plans, session logs, or notes.

Information stored on your device

Plans, activities, templates, folders, session logs, and session notes are stored on your device, as are your preferences such as alert sounds and timing defaults.

iCloud

If iCloud is enabled for Schedrift, the same data is stored in your private iCloud database so it syncs between your devices. That database belongs to your Apple Account. Ledger Line Company LLC cannot access, read, or export it. Apple describes its handling of iCloud data in Apple’s privacy policy. You can turn iCloud off for Schedrift in the iOS Settings app.

Reading a plan from text

When you paste text into Schedrift, or share text to it from another app, the text is read by Apple’s Foundation Models framework running on your device. It is not sent to Ledger Line Company LLC or to any server. Text shared through the share sheet is held briefly in the app’s private container on your device until the app opens, then discarded.

Notifications

Schedrift schedules local notifications on your device for warnings and transitions during a session. They are created and delivered on the device. Schedrift sends no push notifications. The app’s remote-notification capability is used only by iCloud, to tell the app that your own data changed on another device.

Apple Watch

The Watch app receives the running session from your iPhone over Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework and sends your commands back. This stays between your own devices. If you dictate a note on the Watch, speech recognition is handled by Apple as part of the system keyboard.

Purchases

Schedrift Pro is sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We receive no payment details. The app checks your purchase status through Apple’s StoreKit framework to unlock the feature.

Permissions the app asks for

  • Notifications, to deliver session alerts.
  • Microphone on Apple Watch, only if you dictate a session note.

Schedrift does not request access to your location, contacts, calendar, photos, health data, or camera.

Children

Schedrift does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
